APrior employer. Prior employer. Prior education. Prior education and then according populate so I'll get him to review it and as. I'll put your mom's point of contact she's like yeah obviously.
BOkay nice.
ALike you. You have to specify the point of contact or do they just contact the HR of the company? Could say like background.
BThey will not contact anyone.
ASo I have to source the letters.
BOh you will have to source that.
ASo I draft the letters myself with.
BLike depends on who getting letters from. Like I just wrote to my IIT Bombay head of department. He just drafted a quick letter and sent it. Research may be similar.
AAnd to these.
BThings should be mentioned in the letter for certain other things some like if are you using money? You only need one thing for everything. I mean you only need one. Yes for each row. Because for education related stuff they will want to match the exact course name with what you have. So sometimes you can get this to be changed so that it matches your exact education.
AOkay.
BSo this should ideally involve a lot of back and forth with your lawyer. Like just keep talking, keep pitching ideas. They're flexible. Don't think of their constraints as hard and fast. Right. Quickly send them like a draft. Does this like send a draft based on what is most convenient to you?
AYeah.
BAnd then if they say oh this doesn't work then try to work around it. What do we have for lunch?
ASalad. Pizza Ranch. He has given Buffalo Ranch Ranch instead. Have you tried Buffalo Ranch? Bro? Does it sound like I have a cold? I've been sneezing non stop. My nose is running little bit. It's Melasia.
BYeah.
AHey. Hey. It's such a beautiful candle warmer. My bf. Curse. You've not asked me a question.
BIf you're having salad we should boil eggs or whatever.
AI want to roast chickpeas. Salad Khana. Yes. No good. By the time I'm done with the call, the chickpeas will be ready.
BWhat call?
AAt 1:30.
BWait, we're having after 130.
AYou want to have lunch in the next 15 minutes? No, that's too difficult.

AThe one who referred me for this position at Dell and she, yeah, she was the one who like has been in touch. She's helped me out a bunch Even with the GitLab repository that we have. Yeah, she was the one who like enabled, created that and enabled it for us. So I have been in touch with her. Another person she works with is Sam Sara and Sara in fact did reach out to me. This is almost three or four months ago now. Apparently there was someone called Mo who I think works in the same organization who did have a wreck and she was like, why don't you reach out to him? Which I did. But about a day after we spoke his wreck got cancelled because of a reorg so that conversation didn't even go anywhere. But I do stay in touch with that team and like Sara for example did put me in touch with someone within the org. The only thing is right now that even if I were to change my position or transition somewhere else, it would be kind of tricky with my green card application because my title would need to remain the same. So yeah, I just, whatever changes that I make, which I'm definitely, I mean if you hear of an opportunity or if I hear of something I will pursue, but it has to be something that my title doesn't change too much and my role doesn't change too much because as you can see this whole petition like it's very connected to my current title and my current role and if any changes happen once this has been filed then we would have to file an amendment and that's like a whole thing which I'm not really sure what that's like but I know that it takes a lot of time. So I'm basically look like I'm limited at least right now for the next few months to opportunities at least within the org where my title still remains partner manager and like most things remain the same.
BBut I will say this Mayha what I will do because I'm going to talk to Rachel. I'm going to set up some time next time I'm in Round Rock. So sometime in January I am going to set some time up to talk to her because one of the things that I was thinking in discussion earlier with Aaron is our team. I know from a deep data standpoint someone staying in, in the data role that you, you have that Aaron has for, for a long period of time, there's not going to be a lot of growth on this team. If their void is having real operational business experience on their team, then maybe we can be a Feeder for them for future opportunities. So you're 100 right around the green card and stuff. And we don't want to, you know, upset that. But what I would do is kind of set the land. That's kind of what I'm going to be talking to Rachel about as well as, hey, what if we look at doing this and it may not translate 100% right? Coming. Like, Joseph's going to join our team in June. Maybe he doesn't transition and he's more suited to like, hey, I really want to do partner management. And so he is natural progressionist to come in and then go become a regional manager. But he's got the data background to bring in a whole new twist to that role where you might be. It might be like, hey, we're gonna need this. And as they build things out, you stay in contact, maybe you get involved in some projects and then when the green card goes through or something, they're like, hey, we need a manager who can manage that's gonna do this operations thing for whoever isg software, whatever it is. And boom, you're kind of already groomed to be into that, into that role and stuff. That's kind of what I'm thinking on as a development aspect because I know we. Our work won't grow in the way where yourself and your peers within the data world are going to want to grow. And so I'm trying to figure out ways of feeding you to different parts of Dell and getting you exposure and stuff. So I appreciate you calling that out, but also have a conversation with Rachel.
AOh, yeah, for sure. Yeah, yeah, no, that would be great. That would be very helpful. I mean, not just for me, but like, for anyone who joins our team now in the future, I will say. But even in my conversations with Chandra, for example, she has also expressed that, you know, there's just this constant lack of, like, data resources. There's so many projects to work on, there's so many business problems to solve. And she's in fact, always struggling with like, a resource issue about who to contact, who, like, be able to make like a quick report or give some intelligence in a short period of time. So this, this kind of need for business intelligence that's like, dedicated to a business unit that's really close to the business. That's like a recurring theme I'm seeing across our org at least under, like, Chris Marquez for sure.
BYeah, yeah. And it can all change right now. You never know, right? It might be one of these things that we're like, it's like yeah, this thing grows and we, we do something completely different and stuff But I always since you already networked in that realm available I think they're not going to take what Gotham has and remove it from them completely. And maybe that's the central movement, you know group that organizes and oversees everything. But to your point I think you'll just see it's the nature of today's I think young professional and students what they're learning. This is just going to become very common. It's kind of like when I when I went to the board. Yeah know when I go to the work. This is going to sound very archaic. When I turned the work world Excel wasn't very well known. So if you had Excel skills you could run circles around people and that's kind of how, that's kind of how I depth than others did. And if you access database their SQL was even a bigger plus. So it were these things where you could kind of advance yourself but to the point you know most people in most roles at least on our operations team they can do, they can.
