It includes the books I've been reading, movies and TV I've been watching, music I've been listening to, games I've been playing, concerts and places I've been visiting, and more. I also journal, log workouts and meditation, record voice notes, keep my browsing history and AI conversations, and use a Chrome extension to save and annotate the web as I browse.

Those numbers are examples, not an inventory. Most of the archive stays private, including 5,175 web saves and annotations, 3,132 journal entries, and 386 voice recordings.
